“This blog has not been forgotten!” reads my Title, and true it is! I finished up Night school this week…glad to get out of there passing and alive. Here’s hoping I never screw up as much as I previously did to end up there again. With that said, a few adjustments here-and-there(maybe some loss of sleep), and I’ll get my blog back on it’s feet where it belongs. Though I’ve done soooo many things blog-worthy(by my standards), I’ve lost track. The solution? Start it back up on a neutral topic. Thus what better topic than with(as 1UP likes to call it) “My rig”?
Before, I had no pictures of my game collection. Zero, Zip, Nada. I thought(and still kinda do) it was kinda silly to take pictures of games. It’s one of those “who cares?” moments. Then I realized pictures of my collection truly show what kind of gamer I am, what kind of setting I’m in (I’m one of the few people with good reason to complain about a large console), and….uh….that it would give me a great re-starting point for my blog.
So…
Without further adieu, my collection! (or as my dad likes to call it, “crap”)
(Note: click on images for high-res versions)
First picture of my small collection, we have the classics. Keep in mind without one of these you are nothing as a gamer. Nothing I say! Nothing!
Ah, the cube in the cabinet. Perfect. Notice: the awesome Hori D-pad(compatible with GC and GBA games!), GBA add-on, and seven GBA games nearby.
I have a lot of Genesis games, being my first and only system for 6 years. If I wasn’t (doing homework)playing N64, or Dreamcast for hours at a friends’ house. I was playing Genesis.(so that’s where my spare SNES controller went!)
Here’s part of my handheld collection, some of it’s scattered(hello my GBA-games-by-gamecube) but this is most of it. Notice the game.com? Of EGM-podcast fame? Oh yea. That’s right. I have one.(and it’s terrible)
Well, I waited until 3AM to write this…no clue why. So now I’m cutting it off here, maybe I’ll add something later. By the way I’m now just going to update without warning, I think I can get better(uh…) results(?) that way.(as opposed to updating weekly)
-Thanks for reading!
